Letting out a soft sigh, Kakashi could do nothing but shake his head lightly. Heath was going to take this just as hard as the sensei was if not more. What bothered the Jōnin was the fact that Heath seemed to be blaming himself for what had happened. Nothing the kid could have done would have saved Ryan, he had to believe that. Yet Kakashi couldn't bring himself to reprimand the boy for something that he himself felt the same way about.
"We all wish that we can change the past, Heath. Unfortunately we can't. All we can do is remember those that we have lost and continue on with our lives. We must never forget them, but I believe that no one would want us to dwell on them and let ourselves stall."
Hopefully the boy would understand what Kakashi was trying to get across. Never really one to speak on his own feelings, the Jōnin had always found it difficult to comfort others. Sakura had been especially difficult to console after Sasuke had left to join Orochimaru. After that incident Kakashi had withdrawn on himeself and allowed his team to dissolve without a fight. This time around he would not let that happen.
Sasuke had gone to Orochimaru, Naruto had gone to train with Jiraya, and Sakura had gone to train with Lady Tsunade after a while. Though Naruto and Sakura had been better off training with those they had gone to when Kakashi had failed them, he couldn't help but feel that he was the one to blame for it ever happening in the first place. Numerous times the Jōnin had attempted to help Saksuke with his anger problem, and it finally came to a boiling point.
During a rather unwanted talk with the boy, Sasuke had not listened to a single word Kakashi had told him. How his anger would slowly eat away at him until there was nothing left. Ryan had been much the same way and Kakashi had hoped to prevent much the same thing happening to him as had happened to Sasuke. Nothing had seemed to work, so Kakashi had sent Ryan on a solo mission, hoping to distract the boy from his anger.
What he had not anticipated was a group of Chunin from an opposing village waiting for Ryan's arrival. Kakashi knew that he should have followed, should have made sure that Ryan would be okay. Unfortunately he had not been able to due to a Jōnin meeting. While he hadn't necessarily been fluent in attending these meetings, he had felt it important to go to this one. It was the assigning of the teams. Kakashi could not miss that for all of the world, and while he had requested to personally take on Ryan, the boy had been in trouble.
Closing his eyes, only the one visible, Kakashi opened them slowly and looked upon the rock once more. Each and every name on there was someone who had once been dear to someone else. Lady Tsunade's own brother had been killed in action and had his name up there. With a soft shake of his head the Jōnin sat next to Heath.
"I know it hurts... and that pain will never really go away. Ryan wouldn't want you to spend your life regretting what he had done though. Instead we should remember the good times we had with him and honor his sacrifice. Just like every name up here, we should respect and honor them. I've seen more than my fair share of friends lost, and a lot of those names up there I knew personally. But to honor them, I have become the best person and shinobi that I can be. You should do the same."

Luckily for Heath, Kakashi was not like other shinobi and kept his cool under even the most trying circumstances. Lady Tsunade, Jiraya and maybe even Gai would have immediately lost their cool after having a student completely ignore them. Kakashi on the other hand only felt pity and a sense of déjà vous. Instead of tying Heath to the rock, much as he did Sasuke to that tree not so long ago, the Jōnin turned to stare the boy down with his one visible eye.
"Revenge will not bring him back. It will do nothing but possibly get you killed in the process and then where will you be? You will stay here, and you will wipe such thoughts from your head, are we clear?"
Kakashi kept his tone even and quiet. Never did he raise his voice unless it was necessary to be heard, such as in the heat of battle. Instead he simply drove his words home with an icy stare that would have frozen most Genin or Chunin in place. Even some of his fellow Jōnin grew uncomfortable under that one-eyed glare. Never the less, it was an effective way of getting his point across.
There was no mistaking the look that Heath had right now. After all, it was the same look that Sasuke had before he rushed off to join Orochimaru. Heath would not run off like Sasuke had... not while Kakashi had any say in the matter. Sasuke may have slipped past him, but Heath would not. Even if the Jōnin had to drag him back to the village hogtied, Heath would not go off to fight a pointless battle.

He looks at kakasi yup he had that stare the same one that he tied saskue with to the tree with he had no idea what he do if he not aboy hell probly tied like his cosin he smiles"im sorry" as he whant revenge as he jumps 2 a tree or tryes 2 he shouts back "tell lady hakga im sorry as well"

Kakashi sighed softly as Heath decided to ignore his glare and his words of advice. Sometimes he swore he was talking to himself. Of all the shinobi he had trained recently, only Sakura had ever truly listened to anything he had said. Naruto and Sasuke both were too thick and hot-headed, respectively, to care what he had to say. So as Heath went for the trees, Kakashi performed a summoning jutsu.
Pakkun, the small Pug dog he had used previously to help Naruto and Sakura track down Sasuke, appeared in a puff of smoke. Kakashi knelt before the tracking dog and his one visible eye closed in a smile.
"I suspect you want me to follow someone, don't you?"
"Actually, yes. I want you to follow Heath and make sure he doesn't get into any trouble. Meanwhile I'm going to go fetch Jiraya and Lady Tsunade. Or at least get their take on what should be done."
Raising a brow curiously, Pakkun eyed Kakashi. "Fetch? You think that's funny?"
With a sigh, Kakashi shook his head in defeat. "I'll make it up to you later, okay? Just follow Heath. I don't want him finding himself in a situation he can't handle, and he will if he continues on his current track."
"Gotcha. Hurry up though. After that run with Naruto and that pink-haired girl I've been real sick of jumping through the trees."
Pakkun took off after Heath without further word and Kakashi seemed to de-materialize into thin air. Fact of the matter was that he had used a special technique that allowed him to move faster than the human eye could track, and he was now well on his way to Konoha to track down a couple of shinobi to help him with Heath. First off would be Shikamaru...

she walked rather slowly no emotions resinging her face yet not saing anything ether making, her way towards the stone that held name's of the fallen! She had flower's for Ryan as she droped to her knee's, near the stone! and droping the seedlen's into a small hole and watered them, and covered them placing her hands over them slightly to giving them a sorta growing! She would have with drawen her hand then and arosed though lonely to walk away, she not blink and cry even as of yet any could see that she was upset!
