I Agree with Riku. There is a limit to Chakra and using the Sharingan uses it, none the lesss he uses the Mangekyou Sharingan, and Tsukuyomi. Not to mention on the anime, that he said it had its limits.

yeah,in the Series Itachi used Tsukoiyomi on Kakashi and had to retreat due to Chakra Failure,when he used it on Sasuke his eyes Returned to normal just like when he used it on kakashi

I have to second Riku and Sasuke. I give it to Itachi, he's strong, but he's not that strong. There is no way he can use that much chakra and then go up agaisnt Riku, Kakashi or Zane and still have enough left to do that other happy horseshit he does. I give him his due, he's one hell of a player, but he does need to know there's a limit on the ammont of Chakra he can use.
